Deluxe Games Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President: Eiichi Yaji) is pleased to announce a change in its leadership structure, effective October 1, 2025. Youncheol Jung, a current Director, will be appointed as the new President and Representative Director, while the current President and Representative Director, Eiichi Yaji, will assume the position of Chairman and Representative Director.
This change marks a significant step for our company as we approach our 15th anniversary in December 2025. To prepare for the next 15 years and beyond, we are transitioning to a new management team with the aim of rejuvenating our leadership and further strengthening our development capabilities.
Youncheol Jung, the incoming President, joined our company as a game planner shortly after its founding. Since then, he has demonstrated remarkable leadership in spearheading our game development division. Eiichi Yaji, who has long served as President, will continue to be involved in management as Chairman and Representative Director. He will use his extensive experience and knowledge to support the new President.
Under this new structure, both individuals will temporarily hold representative authority. This will allow us to maintain the strong foundation we have built while incorporating new perspectives and creating a more flexible organization that can adapt to changing times.
