Deluxe Games Inc. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Company\u201d) hereby establishes its privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as \u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d) as follows with respect to the personal information of customers that the Company obtains through their use of the websites, games, and other services that the Company provides (hereinafter collectively referred to as \u201cthe Service\u201d).<\/p>\r\n

\r\n<\/span>In providing the Service, the Company will collect and use personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes set forth in the following Items. Unless permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations, the Company will not use personal information beyond this scope without the consent of the individual concerned.

\r\n(2)\tTo respond to inquiries from customers
\r\n(3)\tFor lottery campaigns, including shipment of related prizes\/products
\r\n(4)\tTo perform procedures related to the Service, such as billing for fees
\r\n(5)\tTo manage and improve the Service and to prevent unauthorized use
\r\n(6)\tTo analyze the usage status of the Service and create statistical data
\r\n(7)\tTo propose and advertise new projects relating to the Service
\r\n(8)\tFor questionnaire surveys and related analysis, as well as marketing surveys and related analysis concerning the Service
\r\n(9)\tTo contact job applicants, make recruitment decisions, and manage such applicants
\r\n(10)\tFor use incidental to each of the above purposes
\r\n(11)\tFor other purposes set forth in individual Terms of Use, etc., separately provided by the Company

\u25a0 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
\r\n<\/span>Unless permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned.<\/p>\r\n

\u25a0 Safety Management of Personal Information
\r\n<\/span>When the Company outsources the handling of personal information including that of its employees, etc., it will take necessary and appropriate measures and supervise the outsourcees in order to prevent leakage, loss, or damage, etc., of personal information.<\/p>\r\n

\u25a0 Requests, etc., concerning Personal Information
\r\n<\/span>When the Company receives a request from a customer with regard to personal information for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, suspension of provision to third parties, or notification of the purpose of use, it will promptly respond to such request in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information after conducting identity verification. If the request does not satisfy the requirements set forth in the said Act, or if it is permitted to refuse disclosure under the same Act or other laws and regulations, the Company may not respond to the request.<\/p>\r\n
