Deluxe Games Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo,Japan; President and Representative Director: Youncheol Jung) has announced the official release of its new smartphone game app, OUTRANKERS, on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
In conjunction with the release, the company has also announced a tie-up with the next-generation music unit “OVAL SISTEM” (pronounced: Oval System), produced by Tetsuya Komuro. A new song, written by Mr. Komuro specifically for and inspired by the game OUTRANKERS, is scheduled to be released concurrently with the game.
OUTRANKERS Official Release Date Set for November 6!
OUTRANKERS is a “scramble action battle” where three teams, each with a “three-person formation,” clash. The player’s objective is to gather the most “Elpis”—a valuable resource that appears in all situations—to bring victory to their team. Players engage in a thrilling, roughly three-minute battle where the final rank can be overturned at any moment due to cooperation, betrayal, and unforeseen “happenings,” all under the rule that “anything is allowed” to secure a victory. Following feedback from the beta test, which saw the participation of many players, the final adjustments have been completed, and the game is now set for its official release on Thursday, November 6.

A New-Era Collaboration: The Tie-Up Between Gaming and Music Legends is Reborn
The OUTRANKERS project was born from the YouTube video series by legendary creators titled “Kamige Tsukurou” (Let’s Make a God-Tier Game). It is a new smartphone game involving Yoshiki Okamoto, Noritaka Funamizu, and Akira Nishitani—all known for creating legendary competitive fighting games that continue to be loved worldwide—in a supervisory and general production capacity. Since its announcement in July for iOS and Android as a 3-vs-3 team “scramble action battle,” this title has garnered attention from many game fans across generations. The concept of a game enjoyable by all ages was translated into the game design by the new-generation development team, baobab game studios.
Meanwhile, “OVAL SISTEM”, produced by music legend Tetsuya Komuro, is a next-generation music unit that debuted this April. The three-member female group integrates elements of electro, rock, and pop with the concept of an ever-changing sound, drawing attention from people of their generation who enjoy new content viewing and participation on various social media platforms.
Since providing his song “愛しさと 切なさと 心強さと” (which he wrote for a movie theme of a legendary competitive fighting game), Tetsuya Komuro has contributed music to various other game titles. Now, two projects by legends aimed at a new generation are set to collaborate once again and be unveiled around the same time.
Tie-up Song Title Set as "風に舞う戦士"
This song not only expresses the worldview of OUTRANKERS but also carries a positive message for the current generation. Furthermore, on the musical side, the motif of “愛しさと切なさと心強さと” (Love, Sadness, and Strength) is incorporated as a signature, a testament to this crossover between a legendary piece of content and its creator.
